At the north end of Luxembourg Palace (Palais de Luxembourg) hidden behind the trees, is a beautiful old fountain called the Fontaine de Medicis.  Visitors are encouraged to search it out, as it can be easily missed on a visit to the Jardin de Luxembourg.
